You know, some people would say 'where's the logic' in having a national health system, free and fair schooling, libraries, social security money etc. And they'd really believe that, and they wouldn't care about getting rid of all those things or the pain and inconvenience that it would cause normal people (you know, all those people that haven't got a million pounds in the bank and friends that can get them a job). They'd really believe in it so much that they'd combine it with their career in politics and force it on the country. They wouldn't have some dastardly conspiracy in mind, they'd Actually Believe In It. And those are probably the scariest sort of politicians. There may well also be ones who know they're being evil bastards by dismantling all these things it's taken years and years to achieve in this country, yet they don't care anyway.
