Arguably, it's incorrect to speak of political parties having a right to exist as we might speak of individuals having a right to life. Rights are held by subjects, not an abstract collective. You could say that Jews have a right to a nation state, but to speak of Israel as having rights isn't strictly true.

Members of the BNP are fond of invoking the right to freedom of speech when promoting their policies. We don't have the right to absolute freedom speech, and rightly so, because we have a duty of respect to other races in a multicultural society. The religious and racial hatred act of 2006 enforced this in law, in an attempt to improve community relations in areas of mixed race. The right to exist does indeed apply here; as muslims and the members other cultures have a right to exist peaceably in the UK.
