Believe me, you'd be amazed at the number of different pills and supplements I've tried and been prescribed over the past four years or so. There's a combination of factors at work. And the benefits of eating fish are very noticeable.

Right now I'm down to four pills and a mixed diet of fish and vegetables. Moving in the right direction.

hmmm... not sure if that was the answer I was looking for. After the grave side services on Saturday, the family had gathered @ my mother in laws for food, drink, and catching up with all the various cousin's, neices, nephews, etc... Anyways, one of my sister's in law was freaking out about some pissmire ants that had found the cake she wanted a piece of, as she claims membership in the vegatarian society. Said that although she was cool about milk and eggs (don't worry I've printed off a copy of Merrick's liquid meat article for her) she didn't do insects...

I'd imagine insects are allowed even for vegans. Supposedly you eat a certain number in your sleep whether you like it or not. Surely even them buddhists with the swishy sticks can't hold that against themselves.

I think it's really natural for us to eat meat, given our place in the food chain. I know we can make moral decisions, and I think it's morally ok for humans to eat animals, so I do.
I do know a couple of Veggie fish eating types, but they tell me it's for health reasons. Do veggie fish eating 'morlaists' really exist?
Worse than that, however, are those veggies who wear leather because it's a 'by product'. That's like saying I'll take that dvd player for £10 even although an old lady got her teeth smashed for it. Complicity is complicity!
I think that's the biggest hypocrisy in the world!

Humans are omnivorous. If someone decides not to eat meat for whatever reason it's not my place to argue.

But it does raise interesting questions. Are carnivorous animals 'cruel'?

Are herbivorous animals 'more moral' than carnivours?

Are omnivours morally ambiguous?

Can it be argued that human beings are domesticated animals? (Is there really that much of a stretch between cows in pens or people in cubicles? Are their sufferings that much different? They both are put to use by 'masters' who utilize their talents for their own profit)....

Is it more 'humane' to release animals into the wild to forage, have to deal with periods of drought and famine, get attacked and eaten by predators?

Do plants feel pain? (Some researchers claim plants "scream" when cut or pulled up... is it just that they have a consciousness that is harder for us to recognize?

And if so, what then? Is suffering inescapable and therefore a dilemma that is at best only mitigated?

Eek. Now matter what anyone says, you probably can't beat getting the essentials from a 'geniune' source.

Eh.... thanks?

Is that anglo-euphemistic jargon for I sit on me arse too much, pondering about things?

Sigh. You've got me. Now hand me the tweezers.
