I have to say that some on here, who I thought would no better, are behaving in a vigilantee manner. Very dangerous.

The girl has said that she cannot remember if she consented or not. It is a difficult one, but I think the judge may have been right. However, without being in full posession of the facts it's difficult to be sure.
