This was the bit that was most chilling to me.

We've all made very bad decisions when drunk, and for many of us that's included bad choices about who to have sex with.

But, from the details of this case, this was a security guy - at work and therefore sober - with a woman who was so pissed she took a couple of days to remember it had even happened.

The man in question must have been fully aware of what he was doing and the out-of-it state she was in. Which makes him a rapist.
