these flights of verbage take on poetic form with aid from "the moment" and if you hold a belief and want to talk about it, your passion will come thru...so whether or not you are right or wrong it does not matter as long as you believe and can convey those thoughts...
and thats what Julian does...
These addresses are his thoughts and opinions..."We" the faithful take them as facts (smirks).
Take what you want from them, and leave the rest for discussion...
Personally, I think religion plays too great a role in peoples lives...this includes ALL forms of worship...
Let common courtesy, common sense and "whats right" dicate how we run our lives, not a fear of damnation by some god, gods or goddess....
Religion creates a heirarchy and demeans people...the weaker stop relying on themselves, and put their lives into the hands of an idea...
all the while they are still drifting in this world, clinging to some idea...
