We live in a country that's probably one of the most diverse, religion-wise in the world. surely we're civilised enough to put up with people's religious beliefs of all persuasions?
Unless of course they start to infringe on others freedoms and liberties?
Those who know where JC is coming from knows that he's not a man to play down his pronouncements!
I have moments where I think banishing all fundementalists of all persuasions would be a great idea, however that's ridiculous & we can surely cope/live with people who believe that the Big Fella with the beard's book(s) is/are all true?!

What's my point? None really - just that we should steer clear of oversimplifications...
