Yes lemon, it does. But there's no evidence whatsoever that any of this people have ever blown up anything at all. In fact, they've never even be charged with blowing anything up.

So I'm still awaiting your evidence that "most of them are being re-arrested upon their release". (incidentally; being rearrested by the military dictatorship in Pakistan, or the US puppet government in Afghanistan, doesn't count)
