This proves my point. And it's one of the reasons I'm not Christian anymore -- not in the dogmatic sense anyways (and I'm continuing my interest in Santeria, which is a mix of African paganism and Roman Catholicism.) Funny enough, I have become -- and continue to be first and foremost -- a follower of Asatru, i.e. 'Odinism' for want of an understandable term.
Like that is a perfect indictment of Christianity right there. The Vikings were supposedly immoral dirty pagans but they never harmed a hair on the Native Americans' heads, whereas those supposedly 'civilised' Roman Catholics and Protestants enslaved Blacks and burned down Native American villages. Not to mention how Christians treated European pagans...
