No gatherings as such , but i'll bet they're will be someone at the Druids circle above Penmaenmawr, me for instance with luck.

Cerrig Pryffaid should have a good line to the sunrise, it could have an alignment built into the stone circle too.

The Poets stone/ Maen y Bardd has good views east.

I did a solstice sunrise at Meini Hirion in north west Angelsey once, clouds fouled it up though. Bryn Celli Ddu might be good too.

Up Gop hill, or any of the hill forts along the Clwyddian range all have good views east.
