That's tough TSC, hope it sorts itself sooner rather than later!

Cheers Roy! Luckily the next major undertaking (Welsh Coast) starts off flat for about the first 90 miles. But any hopes of getting to the tops of the other Welsh mountains are rather scuppered at the moment. Grr. My own fault really, I don't know when to stop sometimes.

You need one of these TSC :-)

The Three-Speed Walking Stick

The times they are a changing
For speed is everything
No more plodding here and there
Make life go with a zing

So let me introduce you
To a thing that makes you quick
It’s not a car or motor bike
But a three-speed walking stick

The first gear is a pleasure
For window shopping gals
The ones that drift by slowly
With dog on lead and pals

And then we move on up a gear
To second on the stick
By jove this is a pleasure
We can’t half go some lick

Next to come is F1 mode
A helmet one must wear
And all the fancy clothing
You must have all the gear

So out you go and practise
And walk around the streets
Move up and down the gearbox
And re-adjust your feet

Down into first for hill work
And into top for speed
The second gear is useful
And often all you need

So there you are you wrinklies
That’s all you need to know
Now swallow all your tablets
And into town you go
