Ah, well - it'll not dampen anyone's spirits! We've had worse... I remember last time Bucky and Loie were over - blimey! Juamei and I got SOAKED as we headed off to Silbury to get some pics of the start of the excavations! All good fun though! Us Southerners are made of sterner stuff. :D G x

You missed the wonderful re-presentation of my superb "prize"! My acceptance speech was brief and quite emotional for me ;) Jim. P.S. Lots present. Somebody will come up with a list.

jimit wrote: Guy from NT and his lady? Jim. Ah yes, I am crap with names was it gary or james or something? He was a tour guide for the NT and I think she was a pagan. I found their conversation quite interesting as we talked about Silbaby, Alignments, tat at left at sites and NT management & their prizes and a giraffe on Facebook whos name I can't remember (again). I had a great time and learnt a great many new things which is what it is all about isn't it. Gordon, Bucky, Loie and I went over to Adam and Eve and discussed the Beckhampton Avenue, ending up with a meal in the Red Lion (thanks Gordon I owe you one). They saw me off as I caught the last bus to Swindon at 8:30 and getting home at about 10 after a long and thoroughly enjoyable day. Thanks All :o)
