I love that Sheela story! Triplets! Wow!

I might be wrong but I think that if we met face to face, we would get along fine. I only have two questions.... are you as aggressive in your behavior as you are in your tone? Or do you use this board to vent your frustrations sometimes?

I guess the yoga pose you are referring to is Namaste. Well Namaste is when you bring your palms together facing each other palm to palm holding them just below your nose. You look into the eyes of the person you are addressing and acknowledge the divinity in them. "The divine in me honors and acknowledges the divine in you" Then you bow towards each other... that is if the person being acknowledged knows what you are doing. I guess it could be considered an insult if a person knew the process but did not bow. If this is not the pose you are referring to, I'm not familiar with it. Sorry, it proved more difficult to explain than I thought.... hope you understand it.
