I used to have this amazing 'favourite' performance on crappy old VHS tape, recorded direct from the original broadcast - but it was certainly better quality than the pixellated eye-bleeders of it currently available on YouTube. Times change, and VHS tapes have disappeared during several house moves... So, does anyone out there have a very good quality copy of this broadcast?

No music, just the Cope bits - apparently the show received a record number of complaints (for TOTP), seems the pop-picking-public didn't take to kindly to Julian's Newbury protest shirts. Ho hum

I remember a few of the artists trying to keep straight faces. It was one of the rare occasions I actually watched TOTP!
