Feck it. I was really hoping to be there. It's my birthday on the 14th and I was going to combine it with a few days in London as well, but as usual, best laid plans come to nowt. Again.

Would it perhaps help if a plain unmarked white van came to a screaming halt, outside wherever you're supposed to be, and several burly (and one weedy) men in masks burst from the back doors, grab you and bundle you inside as the sensible allocated driver hits the gas; screaming wheelspins and smoke getting you outta there?

I know I'm not the most organised person in the world but imagine my shock when my Chilean colleagues emailed me my flight booking and the trip was a week earlier than I had in my diary. So I can go to the gig after all!
ps the Clocktower web page said tickets were running low: down to 24 left when I bought mine last night.

I'd not set yourself up too much for this, if I were you. After the first few minutes of saucy jokes, a couple of cards tricks and the old lighter fuel in the ears routine (whuff!) I'm afraid I'm pretty much a spent force and quietly retire to a dark corner, these days.

Just caught up with this thread after being on hols.
The site said there were 18 tickets left when I went to buy.
Checked back now.
16 left,so did they get more in during the week or has Julian been upgraded to a bigger room praps ?
