Yeah, these last few weeks, all of a sudden it's getting much better (rest is best apparently). Turns out what I thought was a just a sprain, so did nothing about initially is actually (to give it it's proper term) a partial rupture of the medial collateral ligament (the one that runs along the inside of your knee). Been 3 months already, and another 6 to fully repair apparently. Cheated with the hills somewhat though, drove to the top of both (Long Mynd/Cleeve Common) and did a plateau walk on both, though managed 8 and 7 odd miles respectively with little discomfort, so unless I slip or do something stupid, all should remain good!
