I just stumbled upon the lyrics to the track Dope printed on the back of the 20 Mothers booklet - John Sinclair Guitar Army March 1st 1968.
Directly underneath "Fax the Drude"! 1996 - before emailing was like speaking.

If anyone would be so kind as to rip and share audio from this, I will gladly post photos of my vinyl copy and/or other purchase verification. My turntable is still boxed up and likely will be for a couple more weeks, but I'm dying to hear it!
