Far, FAR prefer the stripped-down early versions of all those Teardrops songs to the casio-Love remakes. Whenever he performs a song like Sleeping Gas now to me it sounds much more like the 70s versions.

Sonic Youth doing some odd covers, which I don't think have been mentioned yet! Ciccone Youth - Addicted To Love - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A7TuWdHNsYY Ciccone Youth - Into The Groovey - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=azmC-g4eiC4 This is a cracker though. Different band indeed! Big Black (Seattle 1987). The Model - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cg1RODPaTug

Haha, I gotta say, I love the Kilimanjaro Sleeping Gas. Not least cos Hurricane Smith was trumpeting.
