The Who had a fair share of solo lps of fairly good to excellent with the exception of Keith Moons

was Jeffrey Lee Pierce still running the Gun Club when he recorded Wildweed?

SAHB without Alex - OK it's not very good but is it the only example of a band recording without the star whilst still a going concern?
