male: Bowie (late 90s or mid 70s) female : Björk In both cases i think the level of emotion both are capable of putting into their voices has a lot to do with it.

For attitude alone, it's gotta be Tank Girl. There's no other chick more rock'n'roll than her!

mmmm saucy Kate Bush Toni Halliday - Curve Miki Berenyi - Lush Madonna - Circa Like a Prayer and Ray of Light Candia - Inkkubus Sukkubus Kylie & Holly Valance - yeah I know but am talking basic lust with these two Siouxsie Sue - Still looks great n' all Lauryn Hill - Fugees Bjork - I agree with the sentiments expressed elsewhere...odd but sexy PJ Harvey - ditto! Gothy girl bassist from Clan of Xymox About 2/3rds of the Medieval Babes And mentions for blokes in rock that could cause unusual stirrings in a lad that can only be explained by their proximity to rock...is there such a thing as iconic desire? Marc Bolan Jim Morrison - pre beard and gut Ian Astbury Mike Monroe - Hanoi Rocks. Mind you, should probably be in girls list Jimi Hendrix - just effortlessly cool Paul Stanley - Kiss (early on natch) lets hear it for sexy plexy pop music yaay!

Julie Newmar! Now yer talking. So pissed off they never used her in the movie. Every time her voice would slip from purring kitten to New Yoik [insert noun here as I can't think of one], I coulda exploded. Blimey, think I might have to go have a lie down.

There's only one Diana and it's Diana Rigg, she even made James Bond a widower, not Barbara Bach, not Carole Bouquet, not Sophie Marceau, not even Ursula Andress, not even even Honor Blackman, but Diana Rigg. A b/w photograph of her is my wallpaper by the way
