Keith Jarrett – The Koln Concerts
Procer Veneficus - Ghost voices
Swans – The Seer
Jackson Browne – Running On Empty
Graham Nash – Songs For Beginners picked this up cheap, hoping it would match Stills or Crosby releases from the same period. It doesn’t, can’t deny it has a charm but he is definitely a lesser cog in the CSNY machine
Cathedral – Soul Sacrifice EP
Angel Witch – As Above So Below so old skool it should be wearing a mortarboard & cape and thrashing young whippersnappers for insolence, actually it’s probably doing the last 2 anyway, absolutely brilliant follow up to their first LP, shame about the bits they released inbetween, if you like your metal not too fast, not too slow but just right give this a go
Judas Priest – Sin After Sin
Sabbath – VOL 4 masterpiece, probably the best album ever, til I listen to Paranoid or Sabotage anyway
Type O Negative – Bloody Kisses gothmetal, luckily it chooses proper goff and proper metal, fine cover of Summer Breeze and songs that over egg the pudding til it bursts [ usually in a shower of dark crimson and brimstone]
Kyuss – Blues For The Red Sun
Marillion – Live Bootlegs V2
Magnum – Long Days Black Nights
Morton Feldman – Piano & String Quartet lovely this, will investigate Mr Feldman more come payday
Edgar Froese – Solo 74-83
Kiss – Double Platinum
Thin Lizzy – Shades of a Blue Orphanage
Om – Adviatic Songs
Crippled Black Phoenix – No Sadness or Farewell return to form after the last one , probablt because it’s shorter, has a bit of an 80s altrock feel to it , kinda prog Cure in places
Godspeed You Black Emperor – Don’t Bend, Ascend album of the year, gets better with every listen
