kimio mizutani- a path through haze

a nice selection this week. i would have to question why julian left the kimio mizutani album out of his japrock top 50. he describes it as "too tight assed and restrained". i can half see his point but it's still a good album. particularly since his no 7 (amalgamation by masahiko satoh and soundbreakers, described as "essential stuff") hits me as being quite mediocre and disjointed...maybe i just don't get it.
