Astra - The Weirding
After hearing various people raving about this on here, I had to get a copy. Jolly good stuff, I've been listening to it a lot this week.

Sunn O)))/Boris - Altar
Still sounding fab, and what a great cover!

V/A - Nuggets
The only Seeds I've got is Pushin' Too Hard from this, so I had to dig it out.

Madness - The Liberty of Norton Folgate
Gets better with more listens, I really think this is up there with their best. It was good to see them do a big chunk of this live on the Glastonbury coverage.

Neil Young - Weld
Had to put this on for Matthew Squidling after we were both wowed by the film of Mr Young, also at Glasto. He looks like such a presence on stage, a big hulking bear hunched over his guitar.

White Hills - Heads on Fire
Sheer brilliance :-) This really really rocks. Now I want Glitter Glamour Wotsit too.

Camel - Mirage
This sounded great in the sunshine on Saturday, lovely gentle wafts of progness. Another band I want to explore more.
