You know, I've noticed that the digital tools revolution in music, film, etc. has created something of a monster.
Not that the technology is to blame, but how many times have you listened to a track or watched a flick where it seems the tools have overtaken the art?
Film editing on a digital system, especially, seems to bring out the worst in some artists... the cutting in some action films is so damn fast you can't even tell what you're looking at half the time.
