I agree John Paul Jones is definitely Zep's underated secret weapon.

Zep's HAD contempt for Purple, sabbath, hEEP, BUT NOT fREE and Tull. tHEY called
all their competitors "Deep Sabbath"

Also Creedence had an awesome rhythm section:Clifford/Cook
