They count, they count, of course they count. They count more than the king in his counting house counting out his money. How were the Band of Holy Joy?

Horses for courses I s'pose - I left halfway through their set as I had to get home - but a little too much on the earnest side for me. Two of them also have a band called The Society of Imaginary Friends - great music - but an over-operatic singer fronting them. She duetted with Johnny on a Holy Joy track - by which time I had to leave. Simon Rivers was great in his support slot though.

Earth /SunnO))) This one makes me jealous too. Did anyone see Orthodox at the Roadburn Festival? I have been told they were brilliant, but the sound wasn't very good.

Thanks for the link, I dont have sound at work but I will check it at the weekend :) Yep Hibernaculum is the one, I'm sure you're aware that it's them covering three of their old tracks but in the "Hex style" so to speak, plus a bonus track which was on the tour split with Sunn. It's really really good anyway and if you love Hex you will love this! The documentary is nothing special but it's definately worth a watch! :)

[quote="Stevo"]Seen nothing since Flipper before Xmas. Heard about 300 live sets, maybe more. Caught a Neubauten from 2 days before London which shows they've still got it. What site did you find the Neubauten on? Like to download it see if the sound was any better that night than it was at London, where it was really awful. Dave B
