I'm in Loughton, on the borders of Epping Forest. It's Essex, but on the central line, footballers wives, crap bars and easy access to London... Not sure if I'm happy about that. (Born n Raised North Shore, Blackpool)

This book has been one of my favourite reads in the last five years..... http://www.amazon.com/Basque-History-World-Mark-Kurlansky/dp/0802713491 If you haven't already come across this one - it's very recommended! btw- I have no Basque heritage- I just find it fascinating that the Basque language is not related to any other - a unique folk indeed!

Nah, trust me, Fred West was great as Batman in the local Gloucester community theatre group! Almost as good as Charlie Manson impersonating Richie Havens in fact...
