First record I ever owned was 'Blue Is The Colour' by Chelsea. On Penny Farthing records, I remember.

I think the 1st single I bought was '2-4-6-8 Motorway' by Tom Robinson Band.

1st Album I bought was 'Setting Sons' by The Jam....

I feel sorry for the tragic person who bereaved him/herself of Safe as Milk!

First single: "Do'nt bring me down" The Pretty Things
First album: "Mr. Tambourine Man" The Byrds.

I had to hide the single in another cover (I think it was the cover of a Cliff Richard Single ("Living Doll") my uncle gave me for my birthday) so that my mother could'nt see how they looked. (Phil May scared the pants off parents in those days.) Strangely enough she did'nt mind the music.

First single I 'owned' was Telstar by the Tornadoes...I pretty much knicked it off my Dad and played it all the time on a knackered old suitcase like record player. Jo Meek - quite a genius.

First single I actually brought: Tainted Love by Soft Cell

First Album: Back In Black by AC/DC

Eeeeeh........I'm quite proud of those two!!!
