the birthday party are definitely top of my list. i've seen nick cave loads (even saw him do dead joe on piano) but if i could back in time it'd the birthday party deffo.

the doors
the beatles (once in hamburg, once when they got big)
the elevators in their heyday too.
zeppelin too.
oh and the smiths.
and crime and the city solution.
