the obvious stuff-
1. Stereolab (everything)
2. Stone Roses (all of it)
3. My Bloody Valentine- Loveless
4. Miles Davis- Sketches of Spain (not fond of the Gil Evans era, his 70s sides are far superior and still too unsung).
5. most Rollins-era Black Flag (except Damaged and Process of Weeding out).
6. Ramones (except the first two albums)
7. Bowie ( you could whittle his entire career down to one or two CDs of worthwhile material.)
8. Neil Young-After the Gold Rush/Harvest
9. Replacements- never understood the appeal of these guys.
10. Sonic Youth- some of the early stuff is alright.

the people who said forever changes and trout mask replica are overrated should be banned from the board :-)
