Indeed. But sanctions starve healthy people.

So does ignoring a problem until it's politically convenient.

By giving to charity (something that should not be necessary) and lobbying MPs etc. a lot of people do all they can.

Just because somebody has the moral high ground does not mean that they just sit on it going "Ner-Ner!"
