HAVE to be? You pathetic wanker, Prescott. How about taking it from the companies who geefully feed at the PPP and PFI tables? You know, the ones who say they can do x,y & z cheaper than anyone else and then either fuck it up or come back and say they can't shoulder the financial risk without more government cash.

I note he's also stated that new legislation will be sought to stop future strikes by the Fire Service.
He also stated that the strike so far has cost the tax payer £70m. And that cost grows daily by £1m EVEN WHEN THEY AREN'T ACTUALLY ON STRIKE!!!
Where does that figure come from? Probably paying loads of mates extortionate consulting fees !!!
