And the 56 chocolate teapots (or is it 55, given one of them is in the dog house regards dodgy property dealings) would rather there be no 2nd chamber at all let alone an elected one (as Labour proposed) so keen are they on procedural scrutiny.
It's how they do it in the motherland after all.
