This cuntry...

I was told by some laddy farmers to stop dawdling in the South Down's Way the other day because they wanted to hunt there. I've seen those self-same twats before hunting foxes (and seen the bullet-strewn result of their toils). I didn't know it was still legal, except with fewer dogs. :(

I've heard serial killers say it starts to get fun after the first time...

I've sent my MP an email expressing my distate at the prospect of any amendment to the Hunting Act. Probably a waste of time as I know for a fact he is a bastard hunt supporter (I discussed the subject with him in person at our local station before the election), but I figure the more these gits realise that the public don't think it is such a great idea the more likely we are to get a defeat for this proposal.

So...contact your MPs now!

Isn't it typical of this cheating bunch of gits that they tried to hide this by rushing it through hidden behind the budget?

The Nation as a whole are against blood sports as we have seen over and over with the exception of the few Hoorah Henry's that support them, yet they are prepared to ride roughshod over us like we didn't matter. They have been put in power to serve us (stop laughing now!!) so can this decision they are planning be challenged in the European courts as they seem to decide how we should run our country these days?

I guess most stuff can be challenged in the European court with enough petition.

Shame the act doesn't apply to hunting tories. I know it only applies to animals but I'm failing to see any discernible difference!

SNP to vote against repeal of Hunting Act
Jul 13, 2015, 21:44
Brilliant news.

As Cameron tries to claim the proposed "relaxation" of the ban is to bring England into line with Scotland, SNP respond by suggesting the Scottish law may not be strong enough and that they will vote against repeal in England.

I've emailed my MP (Con).

He seems to be keeping very quiet about how he'll vote, but the Tory landslide in the SW was partly due to rural campaigning by pro-hunt landowners, so I don't hold out much hope.

Joe Public in Cornwall were totally against fox hunting I recall and so were the Devonians, so if they are prepared to chance their arm then think it will cost them long term.
