I suppose the obvious difference is Scotland had an opportunity while the rest of us didn't. I was hoping for a yes vote, even though in Wales, as it could have seen the beginning of a more equally represented union here instead, like Markoid says, it's just maintaining the status quo.

If any of these powers that westminster have promised ever come into being I'll be amazed. They're already behind their own schedule, blaming each other and arguing, which just goes to show that there was no plan, just a vague idea of (so far) empty promises. At least Salmond had a bit more than that!
