You couldn't make it up. It's like the ultimate capitalist dystopia, with negotiations in secret between corporations and the EU/US. One crazy result is corporations will be able to sue governments for loss of profit (as a result of imposing laws that protect the environment or that might support workers' rights, basically). Phillip Morris is currently sueing Australia over tobacco packaging rules under a similar trade agreement.
