Just remember- a decent roof over your head trumps everything, and I hope you enjoy your new place. Here is a virtual bunch of flowers and box of chocs.

My favourite tale is from my Uncle Neil who bought himself a new mobile. His very first call was to his mate, giving him the number etc. They chatted a while, and Neil mentioned his allotment, and how it was getting to be hard work for him, and how he thought about giving it back to the council, just a matey chat.
When the call ended, a few mins later his mobile rang.
It was Burnley council, enquiring about whether he wanted to relinquish his allotment.
A colourful exchange ensued along the lines of "how the hell did you know that, this is a brand new mobile etc and the guy on the other end rang off.
Spooky, no?
