I doubt it not. It reminds me of a very peculiar incident that happened here about 15 years ago. I picked up the house phone to make a call, but instead of a dialling tone I could hear the sound of someone doing the washing up. It was about 7 in the evening, and I could hear a couple making sporadic comments to each other, and clinking crockery. They were obviously local (the accent) and inbetween times came the sound of a gurgling baby. The sound of the baby was louder than the kitchen noises, and I got the impression that the sounds were being relayed via a baby monitor. I listened for a couple of minutes with a mixture of surprise and fascination, then put the phone down. When I picked it up again, I got a normal dial tone. ????
