Do you REALLY want an instance (there are zillions, as you know perfectly well) - or are you just being deliberately annoying?

He is -- as you suggest -- being deliberately annoying.

If I kill someone for their wallet, I will get a far greater punishment than if I kill them in self-defence. And quite rightly.

If I see someone on top of a tower with a rifle, firing on the people below, and I push him over the edge to his death then I will receive a less harsh punishment (hell, I might even be heralded as a hero) than if I were to push some random stranger over the edge out of sheer malice.

It is well established that situations exist in which killing another person can be justified. And even if not fully justifiable, there are situations where one killing is considered less morally reprehensible than others. geoffrey_prime's inability to acknowledge this is absurd and can be safely ignored.

You see... You are both, missing my point. Shame on you. I would not personally, kill.or condone killing of ANY living creature, unless it is part of the reasonabley-established "food-chain".. simple?
