Anyone notice a pattern here?

Moore exposes something that the government is doing, that it doesn't like to see exposed. The government's response: Press criminal charges against Moore.

A Guantanamo lawyer, Matthew Diaz releases the names of detainees to a humanitarian website, in accordance with the Geneva convention, and contrary to the US Govt's wishes. The Government's response: Press criminal charges against Diaz.

To those that take umbrage againt the tag of "Fascism", I suggest you take a close look at what the apparatus of the state is being used to achieve.
