I worry about the dogs too... poor things. My parents (who have always been anti hunt) when they lived in the Countryside used to have the hunt dash across their garden (accidently aparently!!) Anyway they got fed up, as you would do, and used to leave dog food out and raw meat (This was in about 1970!) and wait for the hounds and trap a couple of them in the garden shed. The huntsmen never came back for them and Mum and Dad always kept them as pets (and passed a few to neighbours and so on). The dogs were totally fine, no problems with their behaviour, fine with me as a child and my brother and the cat, rabbit, chicken etc.. At anyone time I think my parents had as many as 5 hounds. No problems, and to this date will recommend them as a pet. Thou they will say they are better off living in the Countryside and are not really townie dogs (but thats their opinion I'm sure they are fine).

Poor dogs, think they are shot if they are of no use anymore.
