I'd nominate every site at Kilmartin from Dunadd to Kintraw. Back in early 93 myself and my OH stayed in the area for 10 days one Spring. It was our first holiday together. The entire Kilmartin Valley was bursting with fresh green grass, primroses, bluebells and every sweet wee meadow flower you can imagine. Every site looked beautiful, framed by Nature#s colours and bathed in warm sunshine. It didn't rain once during our stay and it was still a little too early for midges. I had just got my first car, an old MkII Escort in a washed out pale blue. I remember standing at the big stone at Kintraw looking out towards Jura and thinking how brilliant it all was.

Been back through Kilmartin many times since with my OH and our growing son. It's a wonderful place (Highland Pastoral rather than Highland Rugged) and full of wonderful sites but for a brief period in Spring 93 it was simply the most beautiful place on Earth.
