Winter Solstice Greetings from me too. 2013 was the year I finally visited Callanish after holding it in my imagination for some years. Also saw a golden eagle for the first and probably only time - which was fabulous.

I am looking forward to 2014 in a particularly grateful frame of mind. A few months back I became rather unwell and was told by specialists I probably had cancer. Because of where it was located I was also told it was inoperable. Lots people rallied round, many of whom I have only met online, sending me healing 'vibes'. This week I received a letter from the specialist to say that my recent CT scan had shown a definite improvement, it was therefore concluded the problem was benign and my body was healing itself. I'm sharing this personal bit of information here as being in such a situation makes you realise what is important and what is not. Valuing each and every day is what got me through ... along with the kindness of others.

All the best to everyone! Miracles do happen - even at Christmas.

June xx
