I saw it. It was a great posting, vintage stuff. I do think there's a case for criticising T and S and the TV company's current stance as much as what they have done. An apology and an admission of a mistake would be good - and a decision to scrap the footage to avoid copycatting elsewhere. Seems like they just can't possibly be wrong according to them. "Ban the footage" would be a good continuing call else the thing will settle down and they'll have got away with it.
