You'll have to read a few more books then :-)
I know what you mean about the MA, Cope writes with such verve and vigour about the subject, though as Fourwinds says, it ain't the gospel, there are plenty of other writers on the subject, some are just plain cracked (Micheal Dames) or odd (Robert Graves).
If you like TMA, then you'll probably connect with much of what Aubrey Burl rambles on about. Though he comes at the subject from a slightly drier and more scientific angle. Check out the great 'Stone Circles Of Britain, Ireland and Brittany for a crash course in all things megalithic and circular. almost a textbook in building your own.
