We Know that the Phoenicians traded amber with the peoples of the Baltic and went to great lengths to hide their sources from rival merchants to the point where they would fabricate fantastic tales of trecherous seas and untold dangers.
These fellas were ferocious Bronze Age traders who would go anywhere looking for a trading opportunity, including circumnavigating the continent of Africa. I don't think it takes a great leap of faith to believe that they also explored the coastlines of Sweden and Noway.
