I don't think there's a ban on mentioning Roman sites on the forum? Sure, you can't add them to the database, but I doubt you could add Atlantis to the database either!

The site guide states:

"Based on Julian Cope's epic guidebook of the same name, The Modern Antiquarian website is a community-based project that invites the user to add their own knowledge & experiences of the ancient sites of the UK & Ireland"

Nowhere does it mention that such knowledge and experience should conform to conventionally accepted archaeological wisdom. In fact, I'd bet a month's wages that there's a fair few contributors on this site who hold ideas that are slightly outside the scope of conventional archaeological wisdom! Like I said.... where would you like to draw the line? I don't see what the big deal is, just because some cosmic conspiracy nut has made one crazy post. He wouldn't even be here to begin with if people hadn't been talking about him, would he?
