The site says is an electronic band from Detroit but no trace on Discogs or elsewhere.

That op art sleeve is very Cope-esque indeed. A very Brain Donor visual vibe. Also Environmental Studies put out the first Dope release. And who else refers to Albion so profusely. Could be a massive coincidence or an outfit influenced by Julian, but at £7.50 I'm prepared to take a punt.
Edit - also, the blatant Misunderstood reference, one of Cope's favourite psych bands. Oh, also it's fucking Silbury on the cover.
