Yeah, didn't realise there was a soundclip (or didn't notice). Having heard that, I'm now fairly sure it isn't Cope and there might just be something of a superficial influence in attitude (definitely not musically).
Even Cope at his most techno-y (131 tracks) hasn't created anything that sounds like this, or unlikely too.
