Traffic - Welcome To The Canteen
Been enjoying a lot of Traffic lately, this one is new to me. Some groovy live recordings. Great versions of 40,000 Headmen and Mr Fantasy.

Pink Floyd - Meddle
Well, Echoes. A few times.

Prior to seeing Steve Hillage last night:
Green, L, Motivation Radio, Fish Rising and Gong's Angel's Egg and You.

Sons of Kemet - Your Queen Is A Reptile
Been enjoying this lot lately. Love the tuba bass.

Vinyl:

Hawkeyes - Last Night of Future Failure
Total knockout this one, absolutely love it. Properly psychedelic with proper rocking fuzzed energy too.

White Manna - Ape On Sunday
This is the first White Manna album I've heard that has completely blown me away. As for Hawkeyes, a properly psychedelic sound, but fresh and new too.

Kraftwerk - 3-D
Double album on 180g vinyl, it looks and sounds gorgeous. New versions of the songs - I must admit some work better than others. Or that may just need more listening.

Centrum - For Meditation
Scandi Psych of the highest order. Lovely stuff, and a great gatefold too.

Dreamtime - Tidal Mind
Top Australian psych. Very deep and involving album. Another stunning cover.

Keep dreamin brothers and sisters xx

Eeek, been stupidly busy, two weeks in one...

Isildurs Bane & Peter Hammill – In Amazonia. Swedish avant prog types hook up with Mr VDGG – a bit tryingly ‘modern’ in places, but actually well worth hearing if you’re a Hammill head: https://soundcloud.com/ibexpo/in-amazonia-longer-trailer

Laraaji / Merz / Shahzad Ismaily – Dreams of Sleep and Wakes of Sound. ‘Industrial devotional’ it says on the tin, and that’s not a bad description. For lovers of the zither: https://merzandise.com/album/dreams-of-sleep-and-wakes-of-sound-2

Earth Tongue – Floating Being. I bloody love this album: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kq1W1dCj_e8

Julian Cope – Autogeddon. Err, perhaps I shouldn’t be confessing here to never having heard this before. I enjoyed it ;-) Anyway, it’s getting the big vinyl reissue treatment

Band Apart – s/t. This is intriguing, re-issue of post-punk/no wave band’s slim output, some strong Eno & Bowie influences herein: https://band-apart.bandcamp.com/album/band-apart

VA – Three Day Week
